We stock a large range of parts that can be quickly shipped
the same day or overnight to minimize downtime and keep you
running. To order spare parts, please call (801) 568-7309
weekdays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST or you can place your order
via e-mail. Please
include your name, phone number, company name, shipping address,
and the purchase order number in your message so we can process
your order. Your order will be verified by phone or e-mail.
A comprehensive parts inventory allows Bold Technologies
to support our customers with emergency responses to down
situations. If a part is not on our selves, we will do everything
in our power to get you the required part as soon as possible.
Some urgently required parts may require an expedite fee.
Custom manufactured parts may not be stocked and an expedite
fee may be required to get the part to you faster than standard
lead times. Our parts representative will give you this option
if it is available.
Customer's are responsible for shipping costs on all parts.
We ship via Delta Dash, Federal Express, UPS, or by padded
van for larger parts. For your convenience we can add the
shipping cost to your invoice or you can arrange for shipping
from your end.
If you are calling to order replacement parts on equipment
under warranty, please inform the customer service representative.
The equipment serial number is required on warranty claims.
Often a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be
issued for the return of the defective part. Please return
the defective part as soon as possible.
