We stock a large range of parts that can be quickly shipped
the same day or overnight to minimize downtime and keep you
running. A comprehensive parts inventory allows Bold Technologies
to support our customers with emergency responses to down

Our service department is comprised of trained technicians
with years of experience in the semiconductor industry. They
can quickly troubleshoot and resolve even the most complicated
problems with a focus on customer service. We have 24 X
7 coverage by our field service team allowing you to contact
us anytime in the event of an EMERGENCY by calling
(801) 568-7337. Please leave a detailed message and
a service representative will return your call.
Service contracts can also be purchase on an per-equipment
basis. This service consists of routine, quarterly maintenance
and emergency on-site repair after the term of the warranty.
Bold Technologies offers training as part of every new equipment
purchase. This training covers three major areas: Startup,
Operations, and Maintenance. Additional on-site and factory
training is available if added training is required on equipment.
Training is focused on your particular equipment so you receive
the training necessary to meet your specific requirements.
Bold Technologies has over 20 years of experience working
with chemical processing. When a processing issue arises,
it is often difficult to pinpoint its root cause. Bold Technologies
is committed to helping its customers by sharing our combined
knowledge and experience. We will work with you to determine
if a setting, parameter, or process in our equipment could
