Quality Design Quality doesn't begin at the final inspection of our products. The design phase of each project is as critical to the overall quality as the final qualification at a customer's facility. Bold Technologies employs skilled engineers with years of experience designing and manufacturing wet process equipment. Ergonomics, safety, functionality, operation, and ease of maintenance all are taken into consideration when a design is drafted. All design work is reviewed by an internal team prior to their release for a customer's approval. Once customer approval is received a second design review meeting is held with our production staff to review the design prior to manufacturing.  Quality Parts To insure the highest quality finished products, Bold Technologies takes particular care in selecting vendors. Solid companies with years of providing the highest quality products and services are selected to become our suppliers. The parts and services they supply ultimately become part of our finished product. Bold Technologies recognizes the importance of maintaining quality suppliers. When quality problems are identified, the supplier is given the opportunity to resolve the quality issue. If that resolution is unsatisfactory a secondary supplier is selected to provide the required parts, services and/or materials. Critical parts are inspected when they are received from the vendor. Parts not meeting Bold's specifications are returned to the manufacturer. Once parts are assembled, they are further tested on the manufacturing floor to guarantee functionality.  Quality Manufacturing Bold Technologies' experience production staff understand the importance of quality manufacturing practices throughout a products assembly. Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) are followed during the construction and assembly of all products. ISO's change order procedure is used to convey required design changes and are approved by the Change Control Board prior to implementation. The Change Control Board consists of representatives from Sales, Production, Design, Management, and Documentation departments. Each department within Bold Technologies plays a key role to insuring quality in their areas or responsibility and within the organization as a whole.  Quality Inspections Quality inspection take place throughout the manufacturing process. The final inspection is conducted prior to a customer's source inspection to insure all subassemblies, components and control system function properly together and the station meets the customer's specified requirements. This inspection is conducted in a class 1000 clean room with 18 Mega Ohm D.I. water to guarantee the cleanest product possible.  Quality Service Bold Technologies prides itself on providing highly trained professional service technicians with years of experience in this industry. Quality service after the sale is critical to our future success and we are committed to providing the most professional service possible. This is shown through our rapid response times when there is a service need. We provide 24 hour X 7 days a week coverage. We can dispatch a service technician to be on-site within 24 hours and usually have the service requirement resolved with 48 hours of the initial notification. We stock a large inventory of parts to insure that we can keep our customers running.
