Description

This system automatically flushes filter with IPA held in a reservoir tank. The IPA is allowed to drain back into the reservoir, then the filter is flushed with DI water. The DI water flow is verified. In the event there is no DI water flow through the filter, the system aborts the process. Custom configurations are also available, contact us for a quote.
