Rinsing Technology has become one of the most important parts of this process. The need for more powerful processors, more efficient memory, and stronger competition has increased the demands for higher quality immersion equipment. We understand demands of wet immersion processing, and have developed the expertise to address the problems associated with manufacturing products with small geometries. We have set the standards for constantly improving the technology of our products. In conjunction with efficient filtration of chemicals, we have analyzed the extremely important D.I. cycle rinse step of the manufacturing process and have developed a more efficient rinsing method to drastically reduce defect densities. The result: dramatic reduction of particle counts over conventional immersion or spray wet chemical processing. In addressing challenges of wet processing, we have designed a recirculating etch bath module that virtually eliminates downtime. In conjunction with this system, we have also designed a technically superior water-cooled pump with a high-flow head and filter housing. Of course, we use only the highest quality materials, components, tools and processes. Our skilled production personnel ensure that everything we make enhances our reputation for quality workmanship. We practice TQM (Total Quality Management) throughout the manufacturing process and are working towards ISO implementation. We inspect all materials and components before using them, and throughout all phases of assembly. To ensure clean and reliable products, we test them in our clean room with 18 mega Ohm D.I. water prior to final cleaning and triple-wrap packaging. Training We offer on-site training to ensure that operators know everything they need to know about the equipment we provide, including what to do in the case of a power failure shutdown and restart. We also offer on-site training for maintenance personnel for in-depth troubleshooting and preventative maintenance Continuing Support We are with you all the way in solving any problems that might arise. Because of the wealth of expertise we have developed over the years, we know how to help customers in this important area. Our staff is on call to service equipment failures: minor failures within four hours by phone; major failures within 24 hours on site. Plus, we maintain comprehensive inventories to guarantee a rapid response in a down situation. All Bold Technologies' products come with a one-year warranty against defects in parts, workmanship, and materials. On-site service contracts are also available upon request.
