Our goals

To accomplish our mission we are dedicated to two goals: Improve product technology by extending product life; and lowering the cost of production per wafer by increasing yields. Together these goals combine to form a lower Cost of Ownership. We have been able to achieve these goals by focusing on product reliability (up-time), serviceability, process consistency, and reduced chemical consumption. These goals are used as a road map that engineering, production, and customer support follows to bring you the cleanest and most reliable wet immersion processing equipment available.
